Have you ever wanted to make a protein that was elegant yet simple? This recipe has only a few ingredients and can be put together quickly. It’s ready in less than 30 minutes. Winner, winner!
I first discovered this recipe while my husband was working evening shifts as a local police officer. Since we were fortunate enough for him to work close to home, he was able to come home for dinner many days. I loved having this opportunity to cook for him, so this became a staple recipe served along with some sautéed spinach. So simple and tasty!

4 6 oz chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
5 cloves garlic, peeled and gently bruised to release the oils
2 sprigs fresh rosemary, leaves removed and minced
3 tbsp Olive oil
3 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
Salt
Pepper
Add all the ingredients into a large bowl. Mix together well and set aside to marinade for 10 minutes.
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat for about 3 minutes. To the hot skillet, add the chicken breast and the garlic pieces. Cover with a tight fitting lid and cook on each side for 6 minutes.
Remove from heat and serve with your favorite healthy side dish.
