Vanilla bourbon cinnamon whipped cream

Have you ever wanted to add a little bit of something special to your desserts? This whipped cream does just that.  It is an adult version of whipped cream, but it is very tasty. And it is not overpowering. Top everything from a simple bowl of berries to my bourbon pecan pie with this whipped cream. You won’t regret it.

1 c heavy cream
1/4 c confectioners sugar
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp bourbon (I used Eagle Rare for this batch)
1/4 tsp cinnamon

To a medium sized bowl add all of the ingredients. Using a hand mixer, whip together  for about 5 to 7 minutes or until there are stiff peaks. Do not over whip the cream, it will turn to butter.
